A gentle, full-body practice offering choices for movement and stretching from head to toe. Led by TCTSY-F, Jamie Stanish, through a trauma-informed lens, in the beautiful and sacred space of Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge. The session will begin with a brief orienting practice, followed by choice-based movement, and will conclude with an extended shavasana with a crystal bowl sound bath.
π Parking can be a little tricky, so here are a few tips to make it easier:
β’ Please look for signs marked Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge and park only in the designated spaces β both the brick and paved areas in front of the building are available for your use.
β’ If those spaces are full, the closest public lot is at 30 Granada Street β just a short 5-minute walk.
β’ You can also find street parking behind the building at 50 Cedar Street.
