This is a private, one-hour session designed to support your unique nervous system—not override it. We move with intention, choice and deep respect for your experience and your pace.
Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after trauma, or seeking a more embodied way of healing, this is a space to get curious about reconnecting with your body.
A typical session might includes grounding practices, invitational movement, and time to process through journaling before or after.
